"Nice hotel and walking distance from Neyland Stadium. Shower leaked and the sink stopper needed to be repaired/ replaced. Other than that good experience there"
"Great service and beautiful hotel and rooms. Views from the corner room were fantastic...but the room gets a lot of sun and can get hot.
The only observation for improvement was that the hallway carpet leading from our room on the 2nd floor (room 4) to the restaurant is very worn and needs to be replaced."
