「Rooms were spotless, and the front desk receptionist was kind and helpful both at check in and check out. We plan on using Tru by Hilton again in the future. There's none out there as unique and enjoyable! Thank you for the extra attention to details!」

「Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. 」

「I have stayed at "nicer" hotels that weren't as clean as this property. Comfortable beds, easy parking, good breakfast. No complaints and would stay here again without hesitation.」

「Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped us with restaurant suggestions for dinner. Our room also had a couch, mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast had a variety of options.」

「Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.」
