"No pool. No sauna. No gym. All under renovation since October 2025 and still not finished in Jan 2026. No full refund from hotels.com despite the miss-advertising, poor customer service. "

"Wonderful stuff, friendly and helpful. The room was unacceptable: old, with ripped wallpaper, peeling paint, non working AC (the hotel wasn’t able to fix it and suggested to keep windows open), dated furniture, signs of heavy wear and tear everywhere, stained carpet with holes. The mattress was extremely firm. The bedding was clean. They supplied plenty of bottled water. "

"I like this hotel. The staffs are very friendly. They provide many services, like free laundry. They are generous, two bottles of water per person per day, one small bottle of milk and two cans of sports drink. They are all free. They give free bottle water when check out. The buffet is a good deal, healthy and many choices. I highly recommend this hotel."
