「Nice cozy location.. However the room smelled like cigarette smoke (even though it was a non smoking room). Please note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. The staff was nice enough to provide a fan which helped. What was unusual was a note part of the information package in the room threatening a surcharge levied for outside food and drinks consumption. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the first time I see this practice.」

「We travelled with our dog and, before our arrival, the hotel informed us via chat that we would be assigned a room on the 2nd floor instead of the 6th floor. At check-in, the receptionist initially assigned us a room on the 6th floor. I mentioned the previous chat conversation, and he changed our room to the 2nd floor. Die Hauptgebäude stammen aus den 60ern, die Zimmer selbst sind neu hergerichtet, aber recht klein und unser Zimmer hatte keine schöne Aussicht. Die Matratzen waren extrem hart. Ärgerlich: Das Bett wurde nach der Reinigung völlig lieblos und unordentlich hinterlassen. In der Küchenzeile fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine. Nur ein unschöner Duschvorhang, der nicht verhindert,...

「Ich bin freitags angereist. Das Personal hat mich sehr nett empfangen. Mein Zimmer war sauber. In sämtlichen Bädern (WCs und Duschen), in denen ich war, ist offenbar schon eine ganze Weile nicht mehr Staub gewischt worden. Zumindest waren überall Spinnweben und vereinzelt auch Spinnen. Die Dusche, in der ich duschen wollte, war defekt. Im selbigen Badezimmer war kein Papier, um die Hände abzutrocknen. Ich bin am Samstagmorgen dann auf der Etage unter mir duschen gegangen.
