"Beautiful historic building in great condition. The hotel manager called us ahead of time to check on our ETA, and provided us with instructions for our check in after hours. The hotel has its own parking area within own premises. The room was very nice, clean and with a roomy bathroom. The breakfast was served in an expansive glass room, and there was a good selection of quality food."

"Wir waren das erste Mal im Hotel Schweriner Hof und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen ,das Hotel wurde uns gezeigt und der Knaller war dann unser Zimmer 104 mit direkten Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Frühstück war total in Ordnung und die Damen waren sehr freundlich und engagiert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. "

"Cozy hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in the middle of an incredibly charming city. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned and the bed/pillows were not the softest things you'll experience. We experienced great service and the location in the oldtown of Güstrow was lovely. "

"Reception does not speak anything except German, when they are actually there, which is very limited. Rooms are hot, no fans or air-conditioning. Tiniest mini fridge I have ever seen. No option for ice or icebucket to cool down. No food or kitchen. If you are on a wheelchair you have to use steps to enter hotel"
