"The staff were very kind and helpful. Selection of restaurants and coffee shops in immediate area were excellent as we did not have a vehicle for three days. Everything was within short walking distance that we would need for our stay. We were happy to have a shuttle from the hotel to Epic Universe, and even though there was one offered to Universal Studios we decided to take the short walk ourselves. We would stay here again for sure."

"Dirty everywhere, cold showers, clearly just in need of some major updates. Right now the pictures are deceiving. "

"First time staying here and I would definitely book it again while visiting Orlando in the future. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was just what you need on an early morning. Hours of service at breakfast was very convenient. Process for check-in and out was very easy. Plenty of parking."
