This place is so nice! I recommend staying here when visiting Orlando! The room is clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. The staff responds quickly and gives clear directions on how to get in the building and into your room. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again.

the rooms are very nice but it looked like many things were needing maintenance or a wash such as stains on curtain, lightbulbs missing, floor was not swept

I wish there was a better way to rate this hotel. For the $75 we paid it was very good value. It was pretty clean and easy to access. Perfect for what we needed, just a place to sleep after a concert and up and out early. But the linens were pretty bad: cheap to start with and quite worn. The pillows were hard and very high so tough to sleep on. Really appreciated the fan. They’re not kidding about up and out at 11:00. Someone came to the door at 10:50 to be sure we were leaving and the TV cut at 11 sharp. There was a kitchen with tea and coffee, but no sink, no water in the water cooler. The water in the shower was not quite hot enough for a good shower. But again, it was a Sat night, the Holiday Inn Express up the street was $189. I would go again if the circumstances were the same. Upgrading the bedding would have gone a long way to making the experience better.

The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and pretty clean. Check in/out is all "online" and I wasn't prepared for that, but it went smoothly after I figured it out. Would have been nice to communicate via text rather than going through the booking site.

Such a perfect way of doing a hotel! Having a lock to our room and the ability to come and go whenever we please while still having privacy AND common areas to hang out in was perfect for us!
