「We spent about an hour at the check-in as the info on the reservation was not clear if I booked a room with private bathroom or sharing one. We then decided to accept to stay in one with bathroom on the corridor but the reception young guy arranged for us to move to a much better room with private bathroom. He was very helpful with any of our request. Be aware, no matter which room you get, all are noisy, from outside or even from next door or corridor. Aircon is fantastic, we always loved...

「Staff super amable y profesional, las habitaciones renovadas y con todo lo necesario. El hotel está situado en una buena zona (cerca de la estación de trenes y parada del tram Lucero). 2 razones por la cual no dejo el max de lqs estrellas: paredes super finas (se escucha bastante los ruidos del pasillo y otros cuartos) y tener que pagar un deposito de 50€ durante el check in (no estaba especificado en el momento de la reserva). En general muy buen hotel para pasar unas noches en Alicante.」

「I booked based on the really good reviews and found them to be completely justified. Clean and well kept room and communal areas. A comfy bed, modern bathroom with good quality shower and even a little balcony to sit at for breakfast. The cakes that were left with the tea and coffee facilities were unexpected and tasty. The check in method was easy provided you have a data connection on your phone - but these days, who doesn't? The bus from the airport drops off at the port and it is few...

「Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...

「Lovely stay! Everything was great, from the checkin to the pool and bar on the roof. Only things was a fan making a humming noise outside the window and a bird started to chirp in the early morning but the lovely breakfast buffé made up for lack of high quality sleep ☺️」
