「Clean room staff and communication 」

「This is an amazing hotel. We've stayed here multiple times and the staff is incredible the rooms are clean. Very historical or rustic. Just lovely hotel」

「Posizione comodissima a due passi dalla stazione di taxi, dal mare e dal centro. Unica pecca, il rumore della movida notturna ma constatato che è una costante se si soggiorna in un appartamento in centro, ovunque esso sia quindi da mettere in conto. Appartamento pulito, con tutto il necessario. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente 」

「Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...

「This hotel was well situated next to the train station which was the key factor for us as we were coming in and out via train - important to note that the city centre and beach is about a 20 minute walk away but it's very walkable and there are nearby shopping centres and food options. We did not have breakfast included on this trip. 」

「A moderate noise is expected as the building is located next to the Main Street. However, there is non stop noises sounds like an automatic door or lift coming from the ceiling and the wall every night. And dragging furniture noises until 3am on the weekday. 5am on the weekends. If you are sensitive with those noise just avoid this hostel at all cost. If you’re fine with the noise. It’s all good. 」
