「Very welcoming and friendly staff; restaurant went out of their way to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The property is kept very clean and well staffed. If you want a break from the crowded touristy areas of Zanzibar; I highly recommend Treetop. Just be aware that off property it’s a distance to find restaurants or proper markets. But Treetop is so good for a quiet restful stay in Zanzibar. It’s also very close to Jozani Forest which is a major attraction for nature and wildlife 」

「Ocean Boutique Hotel was the perfect getaway. A special thank you to Yocinta, the manager, who surprised us with a birthday cake and Swahili singing, a late checkout, and her constant kindness. All the staff were amazing, Alfred, Aisha, Agustino, Carina, Debora, Kelvin, the pool team, the cleaners who kept our room spotless, and those who prepared our beds each night with mosquito nets.
