「This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. We waited 30 minutes for our bill to come. And then, after a small disagreement were told, we didn’t have to pay for food that we didn’t actually eat. It just...

「Tout est parfait : infrastructure très bien entretenue et bien équipée. Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins. La piscine est assez grande mais pas facile de nager car il y a beaucoup d’activités liées à la piscine et on a pied partout mais bon voilà, rien de grave. La nourriture est très qualitative et variée pour un ensemble de cette taille, bravo. Mon seul bémol est d’avoir perdu 2 jours à l’arrivée car notre chambre n’avait plus d’électricité et on a été transférés à 4 dès l’arrivée...
