Heating and hot water broke on Friday so shower/bath was lukewarm and cold room. which spoiled our evening a little, unfortunately. Staff were lovely and resolved it ready for the next day/eve. Breakfast was wonderful on Sat/Sunday with great choice and quality. Surrounding area is beautiful and we made use of the chauffeur service to come back from our evening at the gorgeous (and highly recommended) Royal Oak...

「Stayed one night for work. Decent room rate and a huge room. Staff are great. Food in the restaurant is reasonably priced and very tasty. Hotel is remote so nothing else in the vicinity 」

「Parking space is not enough. We’re lucky that the council parking in the opposite side of the street is free on Saturday night, so we can get a space. Table top, shelf and hook for hanging clothes or bag in the guest room is not enough too. Staffs are so nice and helpful, but the hygiene of restaurants tables and chairs need improvement. 」

「The hotel building is beautiful and nice planed. Easy access from train station, less than 5 mins by walking. There's a super maket just right beside it. We had a good stay with it, it's a good hotel to consider when you visit the area.」
