「The sheets were stained with blood. The bed was completely broken on one side. I was unable to sleep comfortably. We are still waiting to be contacted by someone from the hotel.」

「It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful. We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us.」
