There was no signage, and we had to rely on the profile pictures to know we were at the correct location. The building was shuttered close. Trying the door, it was locked and no one answered the bell. We tried calling the contact number but received only a voice message. 「This property is very amazing and beautiful. They are not currently fully functional but seems to be getting ready for the summer season ahead. The property itself is very beautiful but is location is far from main hustle bustle spots so unless you have a car difficult to commute around. Even though they have been open for 2-3 years there seem to be minor issues with their operational processes which the staff is eager to resolve. Overall we had a very pleasant stay」

「This was a lovely apartment but I couldn’t give it a higher rating due to a number issues we had during our stay there. Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal. Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on!
