It’s a nice hotel, but not suitable for Families with small kids/toddler. Lots of steps, very small rooms, load music the whole night, sun beds at the pool all reserved, big sun beds at the pool 60€ per day, no area for kids (playground, grass or similar). And last but not least this part of Ulcinj is not very nice (dirty beach, weird smell, a lot of garbage, party, lots of tourism). We left two days earlier. Hotel staff was not understandable and reacted very unprofessional. However the hotel is generally really nice for adults 👍

Three days in Ulcinj

Nice trip with friends. we lived on the new side of the hotel next to the pools and partially facing the sea. The room was clean and comfortable. Instead, the restaurant and breakfast bar was on the old side, it definitely needs improvements.

Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future.
