「We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Dona Edite Guesthouse in the Douro Valley, located about 15 to 20 minutes from Pinhão. The room is modern, well decorated and we appreciated the his and her towels. The place is very quiet since we are up in the hills, away from the town. The continental breakfast in the morning is delicious. So, if you are looking for a place to stay in the Douro valley and relatively near Pinhao, we highly recommend Casa Dona Edite.」

「Three of us stayed Tabuaco for the vineyard visit. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained; the only main issue is that there's no elevator, so we had to draw our luggage for a couple stairs to reach the lobby and then three floors to the room. I was hoping that the room would be a bit bigger as it's a triple room. It's was in a quiet and clean neighborhood and we accidentally found a bar close by, quelha funda bar, which we love so much. 「The place was just amazing. The views from all around the property is spectacular. The staff took such good care of us. We went for our 24th year wedding anniversary and we were given some Port wine and a bottle at the end of our stay. The people were all great. The included breakfast is so good. And the suppers were just as great. There is very little light pollution that at night we were able to see the milky way galaxy. We had a magical stay and thank you so much to the staff.」
