大浴場が時間制で男女入れ替わりになっていましたが、女性に入れ替わる時、脱衣場のマットの交換をして欲しかった。男性の後なので少しの気遣いがあると嬉しい。

ルートイン系列で支払いも含め、対応も安心できるし、実際対応が良かった。ホテルの古さは否めないが、模様替えなど維持管理が出来ていると感じました。急な雨の場合も貸し出し傘があるし、車の駐車場も大きいので、仕事での宿泊は便利です。一つ難点なのはホテル側としてはどうしようもありませんが、JR駅から徒歩30分なので、バスを利用しようとしてもバスの巡回路になっていないのが不便でした。また宜しくお願いします。

部屋は綺麗に掃除されており、スタッフの笑顔がよく親切でした。 アメニティーが充実しておらず、せめて化粧水、乳液くらいは欲しい。 空調が部屋ごとでは調節できないので暑かった。 古い建物なのでそこは仕方ないのかなと諦めました。

取り敢えずレトロ、昭和のホテル！ 長野県内に多いチェーン店だが、その中でも結構古い方では無いかと思った。 上田駅前にもグループのホテルがあり、どうもそちらと競合している気がする。そろそろ建て替えた方が良いのでは？

仕事の都合でチェックインが遅くなることを連絡いれた時に親切に対応してもらいました。 部屋に入ってから壁の所にカギを刺さないと部屋の電気が使用出来ない事の説明がなかったので、とまどいました

特徴のない普通のビジネスホテル

駐車スペースはどちらかといえば狭いが、台数を多く停められる点は良い。 時間交代制であっても、大浴場があるのは良い。 枕カバーがやたら汗臭くて閉口。汗というかアンモニア臭というか、ひどい。枕を使わずに寝ることはできたが臭い立ってくる感じで、ルームメイクの担当者はあの臭いに気付かなかったのだろうか。もしかしたらにおいの原因は枕カバーでなくて中に入っている枕本体だったのかもしれない。 その他の物品は問題なく使えたし、不便はなかった。 国道沿いゆえに道路を走る車両の走行音が耳に入ってくる。
