The property was well maintained and I liked how the rooms and villas were situated on the property offering privacy for each villa. The staff were readily available and always were willing to help although stayed discreetly away until needed.

The place is clean and the staffs are nice and friendly. They also have a good selection of food in the restaurant in the property and also has free breakfast. I like the idea of having a shuttle that can take you to Ubud town center and pick you up. I recommend this place to anyone and will come back and stay here again.

Very nice property. Friendly staff. We rented the downstairs single bedroom villa that had an outdoor kitchen area and pool. The upstairs was a two bedroom villa that I am assuming would use the same pool as us. No one had regrets it so we had the whole thing to ourselves. The villa is surrounded by a tall wall and locking gate. Very secure and pretty quiet.

The property is stunning and overlooks the jungle. I stayed in one of the rooms that open up to the infinity pool overlooking the jungle. Waking up every morning and opening the curtains to the pool and view were the highlight of my stay. The staff was great and i had the most amazing hot stone massage by Eka. The property is a bit away from town but there is a free shuttle available if needed.

Everything about the facility is great, but that they don't have anyone up in the morning to check out and handle machine to accept payment for services occured during the stay and I had to wait for 30 minutes for a guy to drive over, I think this can be done better, 1 online portal, 2 keep card on file at check in, 3 remind me of that a day or so before. Maybe this information was somewhere but a reminder would be nice

Die Unterkunft ist super schön angelegt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool direkt am Zimmer war das absolute Highlight.

Perfekt beliggenhed lidt ude fra byen, hvor det er muligt at tage en shuttle bus tre gange om dagen. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Omgivelserne var smukke. Ideen med åbent bad på værelset fungerer ikke så godt, da hele værelset bliver fugtigt. Desuden kunne værelset godt trænge til en hovedrengøring - der var mange pletter på både loft og gardiner. Vi havde infinity pool ved vores værelse. Området omkring var super smukt, men bunden af poolen var meget beskidt. Vi gjorde receptionen opmærksom på det, men der skete ikke noget. Vi lejede en scooter billigt to af dagene, hvilket fungerede helt som det skulle.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at! The staff was so welcoming and nice, I got a little sick the morning of my check out and they brought me some food and warm green tea. The room was beyond beautiful, the pool clean. 10/10!!

Fantastic stay

Lovely stay at The Hidden Paradise. Great room with balcony. Comfortable bed and good shower. Wardrobe/ cupboard door runners needed fixing but this was a minor inconvenience. We had a valley view and although the view didn't stretch out across the valley seeing the lush vegetation, listening to the sounds and watching the birds endlessly flit about was amazing. Great breakfast. Excellent service all round - Dewi in particular served us at breakfast every day and lunch on our last day and was lovely. The hotel is outside Ubud in a beautiful peaceful setting. We made use of the free shuttle into town (depending on time of day you're better off getting dropped on the edge of town due to traffic). We indulged in a massage which we both thoroughly 'enjoyed'. They worked on us well! I had the Abhyanga massage and had never had two people working on me simultaneously before. I was pushed and pulled in all sorts of ways but by the end of it felt incredibly relaxed. I also had a pedicure. The spa rooms are open-sided so you have that amazing valley setting. The bar is also next to the spa with that setting. We had use of the main pool which also has the beautiful garden setting and the view over the valley. I booked a cookery class through the hotel which was such a fab experience. Highly recommend as Wayan and his family were brilliant. Finally, we arranged a shuttle to the airport on our final day and that was very straightforward. Just a perfect end to our holiday.

I was disappointed they allowed smoking and vaping inside the dining room when there was an adjacent outdoor dining area. I was there for the fresh mountain air. The food and service were outstanding.

This property is outside the city center. It is gorgeous and pictures do not do it justice. Definitely relaxing. Food and drinks were excellent. They also offer a shuttle to city center with pick up several times a day. I havd zero regrets especially as a solo traveler!
