「The hotel was great for a quick overnight trip. The room was well attended, clean, comfortable. More so than most hotels in a ‘budget’ price range. The staff was very accommodating, and I appreciated that check-out time was noon (typically 11). Would stay again if we have plans in the Heights area and would recommend. 」

「multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. 」
