"I want to start by saying the front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. But this hotel needs attention. One of our mattresses was so broken down it was hard to get out of it. The carpets turned our socks brown. Our refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed and we had to throw the room temperature food away. We generally like Hamptons and will stay at them again but probably not THIS Hampton. "

"I am very pleased with the cleanliness and the location of my room. The residents on the floor are also quiet. The staff is willing to answer questions and help with whatever they can. I enjoy the complimentary coffee, muffins, and granola bars, as well as just greeting the staff and others in the morning. The parking is adequate, and I feel that my car is safe. Chipotle and Chick-fil-A are right around the corner, there is a Chinese restaurant that delivers, and Sammy’s is about a half mile going towards Reed Hartman. I would recommend a short-term or long-term stay."

"Room was falling apar. non functional bathroom pocket door, dirt, grime and dead bugs all over the floor. The sink and shower curtain were coming off the bathroom wall. Door lock was broken in half and still hanging on the door itself. No AC in room or unit. Extended stay without tue amenities-not even a hairdryer. Woke up to expect breakfast-dining area was dark. Nothing avaliable and the entire frint enferance and lobby was pungent with the smell of marijuana. "

"Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, free breakfast and parking. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and the elevator could use an update. But we had a comfortable stay!"

"Breakfast was great, room was very nice and comfortable. They’re doing construction right now, so it got pretty loud at times. But they were quiet during sleeping hours! Really nice area as well. Will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity. "
