My son and I stayed here after dropping off my daughter at UC. The woman that checked us in was so kind and helpful. The hotel was quiet and peaceful after a long day of moving, shopping and traffic. When checking out, the lady at the desk was also incredibly friendly and just lovely. I plan on staying here again on the many trips back and forth from NE Ohio. My only wish is that they had beverages in the lobby….a coffee station and some lemon water would be a nice addition and much appreciated.

Typical Marriott, little older but clean overall and very nice staff. My biggest gripe has to be the terrible wster pressure for a shower and then on my final day zero hot wster in the morning. Absolutely unacceptable.
