「The place is clean and has everything. Maintenance was ready to come fix any problem like the shower head and the internet that we faced. I loved the two bed villa, It was spacious and perfect for my family!」

「The Border House is super cute! I loved the design of our comfy room and our nice jet tub. It was easy to park, easy to get in and out, and the staff were very helpful.」

「Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!」

「Everything was great. Only thing that needs fixing is the shower head. It is set so it shoots past the tub onto floor. You have to hold the handle off wall mount so it doesn’t get water everywhere 」

「It was a wonderful stay. We loved every minute. The only suggestion I could recommend is better signage at night. We had a difficult time finding the driveway in the dark.」

「Good location but property was tired and aged. Check in process was ok. Pull out sofa bed was angled at about a 15 degree angle. Fortunately it was angled where the head side was up and it was my kids were sleeping there instead of us. Not cool. Ice rink was near by so that was enjoyed by the kids. Balcony was nice. Most likely would not stay there again unless there was nothing else in the area available.」
