"When we pulled in the lights on the main sign were out and the 2nd floor rooms had their balconies and screen doors in various states of disrepair. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. Our room was dirty and the floors had dog hair packed into the corners (we didn’t take our shoes off), the toilet, mirror and sink was dirty, our bathroom doorframe was rotted away at the base and someone had shoved a toilet paper roll in the hole, the bathtub was stained/mouldy, smoke detectors were missing from the mounts, etc. I was searching the mattresses/bedding with my flashlight for any signs of bedbugs. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst. We thought a Wyndham association would have meant something but unfortunately it did not. We would have left but we arrived late in the evening, were tired from our long drive and had to be up early for an appointment. "

"There was no pool or gym as advertised online. They were out of order. I didn’t know until I was there to check in. Also the Continental breakfast was very disappointing. No juice, no consistency In refilling the hot food. Some days there wasn’t any breakfast at all. Some days the breakfast was put away before it was supposed to end and or late getting set up. Blinds were broken I the room and the security latch was broken off of the door. The cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were the highlight of the stay. Two of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The other two not so much. Overall I would rate the whole experience at 2.5 stars. Definitely lots of room for improvement especially in the customer service department. Oh and one more thing…. They charge a $25 dollar per night incidental fee which you know nothing about until you check in. So if you stay 10 days you have to pay an additional $250 with your credit card that can take up to 2-5 business days to be put back on your card after checking out! "

"Perfect location to be near U of M medical without paying a fortune. Near food, grocery and drug stores. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. I've stayed here several times and booking a premium room to have a fridge and microwave is the way to go. I'll be back"

"Top notch place to stay. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Very clean! Breakfast was very good! Pool was a hit with my granddaughter. I highly recommended staying here on your next trip to Ann Arbor!"
