Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay from the beginning: friendly and professional staff; fast service; clean room and linen; comfortable bed; great water pressure in the shower head; and wonderful breakfast. This hotel will be our preferred lodging on future trips to Tyler.

No one told us there was a certain age you have to be too book the room. wont give us our refund. and they’re service is just not there.

This is an older property and could use some new paint, etc. Our room was clean and the A/C worked. We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could express my appreciation for his going the extra mile! We slept well and would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed they had low sugar cranberry juice! As a diabetic I never have juice options when eating out so that was really nice. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Horrible hotel

We booked 4 rooms for our nephew school event. And this hotel was the closest to his school, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The breakfast was horrible and disgusting. I will not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We will never stay at this location again.
