We love staying here. Always friendly staff, clean, and great area. My only complaint is the parking lot is always full and hard to find park many times.

loved that you can have a cup of decaf coffee or beverage anytime in the lobby - so much better than what's in the room. Hot breakfast was great too. Everything I like in a hotel you have. Will stay here next time in the Twin Falls area.

The staff were really friendly. The pool was great. The hot tub jets really weren’t all that great just like sitting in a hot bath. The tv doesn’t have a whole lot of good stations to watch. The breakfast was great.

The only down fall was the hot tub was broken and there were so unsupervised kids in the pool being very obnoxious and rude to everyone

Motel was dirty and smelled. The pillows for bed were the size of coach pillows. Floors were filthy and stained. Had to go to walmart to purchase pillows to sleep on. Front desk receptionist was like oh well when asked about pillows. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

That the guest above us had children and all did is run all evening and even early in the morning. We had a pet who made no noise put we paid $54.00 dollars for her . Maybe you should charge more for children then they would be quite.

Decent hotel for the price. Pool is open until midnight which is sweet, and breakfast is open until 10 which is also convenient. It’s quite dated and there’s quite a bit of wear and tear around the room. We had a pet friendly room but it was very smelly like wet dog, which wasn’t that big of a deal, just something that caught us off guard. It would be nice if the pet rooms didn’t have carpets. They also recently increased their pet fees to $50/night which shocked me when I checked in and I specifically chose this hotel because of the previous rates. Overall, an average hotel for a decent price.

On the plus side, the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast is plentiful and the front desk staff was friendly. On the minus side, the walkway between the buildings was not plowed or cleared for walking. No ice melt, nothing.The woman running the breakfast bar was incredibly rude. There are signs throughout the hotel with.QR codes for guests to use to tip the staff. I don't mind tipping... I've worked in the service industry... but tips are earned, period. There's no way I would have even considered tipping this person with her surly attitude.

Overall a poor experience. Cleanliness and Safety: -No locking door to pool room. -There was a woman at the breakfast bar holding a dog and feeding it sausage as she was filling her plate. Kitchen attendant sat on a stool in the corner seemingly unconcerned about the cleanliness of the area. -Carpet in halls was visibly dirty. -Garbage under couch cushions in room. Staff: -While having breakfast I could loudly hear the breakfast attendant and front desk attendant complaining about guests.

Mouse poop IN the beds!
Older, However, we have stayed in hotels literally all over the world… even in Haiti And poor parts of Mexico and NEVER before seen mouse poop in beds. The first night we were exhausted and I told my husband it sounded like a mouse was in the wall but I didn’t hear it the second night. The third morning I woke up to find a turd right by chest. Went to get my daughter up and she had a fresh one right beside her hip as well. That was extremely disturbing!! Not one but BOTH beds had a piece of fresh poop in them. Absolutely disgusting and just inappropriate. Pro:The staff was all very kind and welcoming. Con: They packed up breakfast 20-25 minutes before it was over and already had chairs on the tables half hour prior to ending as well.
