They shut off the heat. The staff told me that they were on a five heating system and that because it was warm the previous week they shut off the heat. I literally had to wrap my sweater around my feet to sleep. The blankets were paper thin so that didn’t help.

I would NEVER choose to stay in this motel 6 again. Ever. From the very beginning when I first moved in, NOTHING but problems! My room was actually switched out of my name and into someone else’s name on my first night there and within only a couple hrs of me moving in. It was a HASSLE to get it put back in my name and the person who switched it in the first place took off with the other key and they wouldn’t move me rooms. I was scared til I got moved. The girls who work behind the counter and book our rooms..completely RUDE and so UNPROFESSIONAL!! 1 gal in particular was so rude and yes I did have a bit of an attitude but I believe anyone would have in my case, she kept smiling and smirking back at me as if I was the one who messed up here and not her so I talked to the manager and did receive a free night. Overall if was a terrible terrible stay.

The gal at check in was super nice. Quality for the price was fine. Vending machine was broken but there are gas stations in either side of the motel to walk to. My biggest complaint was that there was no air condition. We were told they are on a five pipe system and maintenance hasn't got all the rooms turned on. We were given a box fan for comfort.

This is the worst stay at a hotel I have ever had. You can hear the people on the next room as if you were in a living room. Out of all the rooms available they accommodate people right next door! Seriously?

Only stayed here for a night but was impressed with the room. It was quite modern and looked fairly new. The room was clean and spacious. A lot of restaurants and shops around the area. Downside is that the walls are quite thin so was able to hear the person in the next room.

It is on the main road which is good, but it is surrounded by retail and car dealerships. To get to any place to eat it is a ways or you have to cross a 6 lane street with no cross walk.

Staff knew I work nights and would call/knock multiple times during the day and wake me up. I gave them several chances to change this and they did not. We have stayed in this motel for almost 20 years - twice a year. This time - room 167 - the heat would NOT shut down. The wall thermostat had been turned down, by me, to cool and the fan on its highest level, but nothing. I am assuming the heat is now centrally located. We both were in a sweat all the sleepless night. I finally went to the gap between the door and its frame to breath in some cooler air. Then turned on the bathroom fan to try to suck some of the air from the door into the room. Helped a little bit. AND, the bathroom tap sprayed water all over the place. If a housekeeper had ever turned on the water, she should have reported it to maintenance. Made me wonder if the sink had ever seen water before when it was cleaned. We were on a 1600 mile trip and a sleepless, wet night did not help.

The room was not maintained well. Toilet was not anchored down, Sink stopper stuck down so sink would not drain. Water smelled and tasted bad. Bed springs were uncomfortable and noisy. There was a wide crack in the door and the pool light shone in or room all night. No coffee maker in the room. And there was no shampoo. The positive thing was that we only needed the room for 1 night. I would not stay again unless some improvements are made.
