This seems to be a very chaotic area. There are several homeless people shouting downstairs at the hotel. Inside the hotel, there are unidentified individuals banging on other room doors, causing a commotion. The area is filled with drug users, giving a very unsafe feeling. Moreover, the facilities are very outdated and in poor condition. I do not recommend staying here.

The first room I stood out was 212. There was mold on the walls. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed. It smelled really bad. The TV wasn’t working and there was a big nail on the floor. I come back down to make a complaint that I want my money back and they said I would have to go through Expedia to get my money back because I paid for it on Expedia and he offered another room. Also, he said that I couldn’t get the refund back because it’s been more than an hour that I come down to make a complaint and he said it had to be 10 to 15 minutes then he could refund the money but I was not aware of thatwas not aware of that and I was just forced to stay because it was 830 when I came down offered another room room 104 and it was just as bad and the air in the room doesn’t work and it’s really cold and it’s just blowing cold air out.

Location was convenient. Insulation for sound not good. Foot traffic above us and through hallways kept my wife up all night, so we left early to find another hotel to stay at.

Do not recommend.

Driving in first impression not the best. First room I was given was open and not cleaned yet. Given another and now went from 2 queens to a king. I was ok with that. But my son opened the drawer and it said “send di@& pics to ———“. My kids didn’t feel safe. I tried to get a refund and go elsewhere. He instead moved me to a 3rd room. This one was not better. The lamps had foil or tape holding the light fixtures. Comforter and curtains had burn marks. It seemed like a place where hotel vouchers for those trying to get back on their feet are excepted. Not recommended for a family.

Needs some improvements, but works in a pinch

Condition of the room was much worse than the pictures indicated. Lots of weird stains on the walls, chunks missing from furniture and fixtures, light not working, and so on. Good neighborhood, but it was pretty loud with so many people coming and going from the motel all through the night. Towels and sheets were nice, new, and clean though.
