「It was a perfect stay.」

「The room was nice and clean. Typical hotel room really. I did notice that it was pretty big for a standard hotel room which gave me a lot of room. That was appreciated. Unfortunately, my air quit working the first night. I told front desk and they had someone there fixing it within 20 minutes. I didn't have issues at all after that. The breakfast was awesome. Embarrassing for us and him! We returned to front desk to inform them of their error. The clerk apologized and blamed the error on the computer system.
