No towels, been here almost 2 weeks no housekeeping, no heater cool air blows out. Hallways dirty, walls dirty, top blanket dirty looking, curtain has small holes and plus they are dusty, so glad they are renovating some rooms because its not worth the price.
Rooms are dirty. Carpet is disgusting. Smells like smoke. Needs a total renovation. Received a full refund and checked into another hotel.

Bring your own.
Much more of an extended stay place. No amenities like blow dryer or housekeeping for a short stay. Not even any cups for coffee maker in the room.

They were working in one of the rooms. So they were banging and machines were going two nights. A lot of noise couldn’t really sleep I was very unhappy with that. I stayed there for a week. Decided to check out instead of extend it for another week. Very unhappy about that.
I understand it is a no frills hotel, however one would expect pillows, towels, shower curtain and sheets without stains and mold. The shower in room 359 didn't have hot water mixer valve broken. tv remote held together with duct tape. walls paper thin..next door started blaring music at 6am. I am so happy it was only one night.I would have slept on my sons dorm floor instead of staying another night.

The property is in a good location that is within minutes of any dining or shopping needs you may have. It is also a few minutes drive to the University of Alabama. It was also nice having a full-size fridge, a microwave and a two-burner cook top in the room The down side is, the property struggles with a roach problem. I killed five during the week I stayed there. They sprayed some of the rooms while I was there, but there is a 1/4" gap at the bottom of the doors, so I believe they migrate to avoid the spray.
It was more than a room, it was more like a suite. With hardwood floors it was extremely clean and believe me, I checked everything! Staff extremely friendly and helpful! The lady over the breakfast was very friendly. The food fresh and delicious every day. Housekeeping staff also very friendly and thorough. We checked on line and they had the best rate in town. Could not believe how much you got for that price! Definitely recommend.

I chose a suite with 2 queen beds but I got one with a king bed and a pull out couch. I wasn’t too pleased about that considering it was an inconvenience.
The only think nice about InTown suites was the TV in our room. Other than that, just say I was better off sleeping in my car. This place need to be DEMOLISHED!!!!!
They sent me to a room that wasnt cleaned. Then they was like i could wait 20 minutes for the lady at the front desk to clean the room. I waited an it still was dirty. I hated my experiance there
I did not like the fact that me as an out of town guess was only subjective to tissue replacement one time. I can see the extended stay residents being responsible for their own tissue and coffee after a while of being there. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Housekeeping brought towels that needed to be soaked in bleach for replacements. they need to ensure the towels does not contain stains. I always bring my own towels but still.I must say the manager Tasha was a great hostess but the hotel rules really suck. She accommodated as much as she could . She was very inviting making me feel like this was a great place. i just had a problem with tissue, coffee and towels and that's no reflection on Tasha . She can only go by what she is directed to do by her management. She did give another tissue but I ended up buying my own. My suggestions for the coffee is that at least allow two complimentary packs for out of town stay for a week .

Everything was great my room clean and the staff was really helpful and real nice i enjoyed my stay. The only improvement would be putting vent fan in the bathrooms. And that is a nice way of putting it. But overall my stay was enjoyable and i appreciate the staff .
There is no real front desk. There is an office with office hours so we had to wait a bit to check in. Bella, Tosha {forgive if i have misspelled} and Erica were very helpful and kind. Had issue with room key and Tosha went out of her way to fix the problem as quickly as possible. A second key issue happened after 10 pm and the security person {Robert I believe} was there in a flash.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. There was not a hair dryer which I did not realize until after I showered. The staff made all the inconveniences insignificant.
Non smoking room was extremely smokey. The couch was super dirty and grimy. Bathroom was falling apart. No toilet paper at all. Had to go buy sheets to cover the couch before we could sit on it.
The sinks, tub, and toilet were clean.
We had stayed there a few years ago and back then it was nice.
We would have left for another property but with graduation weekend we were out of luck.
For a true Third-world experience with a staff that doesn't care...this is the place. Dirty/molding carpet/windows/bathrooms/furniture. No housekeeping on our multi-day stay. We checked-out sun morn at 10:30 and front desk was closed. they were literally the only place with a room...next time sleep in the car.
