「In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...

「We had a truly exceptional stay at El Carmelo Mountain Lodge. What made our experience outstanding was the personalized and attentive care provided exclusively by Ms. Neyla.
