This was our second stay after we were well pleased with our first stay. Upon entrance to the property both grounds and outside of building is well maintained and clean. A quick, easy, and friendly check in. Rooms and lobby are clean, appliances function well, plenty of hot water- quick! Food choices are close by if you do not utilize the kitchenette. The area is safe, sits next door to holiday inn express - joining parking lots, easy access from freeway and good lighting around the property.

The staff was unwelcoming from the minute we checked in. Roaches were in several rooms & the staff was told, & her response was “how big are the roaches!” Horrible customer service. Supposed to be a hospitality industry & this hotel failed horribly!
