Fabrice a fait le maximum pour faciliter notre séjour et nous aider avec la location d’une voiture et nos hébergements dans les parcs nationaux. La vue du site est incroyable, peut-être un peu isolée.」

The entry lobby sets a wonderful tone filled with artwork, pleasing staff, attentive owners, down to the welcome humidor with well curated cigars for the connoisseur.」

「There is lot of room to improve in Food quality and taste. Restaurants inhouse are just mediocre. I suggest they bring in some good chefs to add variety. As an Indian, I did not like any Indian inhouse cuisine. I had to order both meals from Khana Kazana」

「Radisson Blu was perfect for our stay in Rwanda!! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Our entire stay we marvelled at how often we were offered help and service. The dining options were fantastic, the breakfast buffet had everything you could want as some new things to try. Linda in guest relations goes out of her way to help make your stay extra special. The Kigali Heights Mall across the street was great. Would definitely stay here again!」
