「A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.」

「This was a fantastic place to stay the staff was great very attentive. The location was great close to amenities and quiet. The one complaint I would have is the breakfast was okay and the menu very limited, but overall I will be staying many more times.」

「I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. The apartments are very spacious and more suited to business clientele or peolle staying for several days or weeks. They have a kitchen, large...

「The bathroom had a lot of mould on the ground as the curtain did not stop water from spilling out of the shower area. The bathroom fan did not work, and the window in the bathroom strangely opened into the hallway. Staff were nice and helpful, and the air conditioning was nice, however the bed was very hard.」

「Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan.」

「Thank you」
