「Good value room, very clean and everything you’d need. The only thing I’d request is better information on food options. I would have used the onsite restaurant but the guest information pack wasn’t clear and listed external restaurants which I thought was strange when they had an onsite option.」

「The room was quaint, bathroom lovely. A nice welcome tray with biscuits and drinks. 3 flights of narrow stairs so we were glad the owner helped us with our suitcase. Would have been difficult and it’s definitely not for the handicapped. Our biggest disappointment was that no breakfast was served, especially as there’s a nice breakfast room downstairs - thought there should have been for the price. 「The room was nice. Due to Covid restrictions, we didn’t see a single member of staff apart from the man in the bar, which wasn’t the kind of hotel bar I expected. No real ale (“because it wasn’t worth doing” according to the barman). No coffee either. We went to our room via a side door, so we didn’t even see the hotel facilities. The host was very accommodation and provided any information we needed, and the chocolate buns were very tasty!!
