Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa
No instructions in room to contact any staff, lights not working, not enough hanging racks for towels and swimsuits, very slippery tub with only 1 grab bar. Met lady who had been going to resort for 7 years, she stated resort is really seeing its age, and would not be returning.
