"Amenities, i booked 2 rooms but the other room don't have hot shower, no rugs , only 1 trash , no slippers , towels looks dirty , food for breakfast not hot, no drinks for kids "

"I left the hotel with extreme disappointment and anger. My friend and I stayed for two nights from December 9-11. Originally, my booking was at the Le Monet Hotel but was cancelled last minute. Luckily, I managed to make a reservation at the Brent Guest House. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted to see a beautiful lobby and welcoming staff. "We chose Lee Boutique Hotel to get away from the city and unwind. Peaceful location with an excellent restaurant about 100 meters away, also catch a jeepney from right outside, to get a ride into the city. Very clean newer hotel with great helpful staff."

"24時間対応フロントとあったが、これはウソ。メガタワーというビルのなかのマンションの１室。ビルの守衛は部屋番号が分からないと入れない。ここで電話をすればよいのかもしれないがWiFiが使えないのでネットが開けない。連絡の電話番号はメモしておかなければならない。守衛ともめているとどこからともなくおばさんが現れ部屋番号を教えてくれて鍵をくれた。このおばさんと会えるのはこのときだけ。あとになってコンロの使い方を聞こうとしたら、もう家に帰ったので行けないといわれた。"
