I didn’t stay, my s/o did. They truly enjoyed their stayed. They thought it was very clean and was given a great experience, they especially enjoyed the breakfast that came with the booking.
Amazing service. Clean room. Efficient staff. No problem at all. I needed to leave another hotel in Baguio due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Ion Hotel was kind enough to grant me an early check-in knowing the conditions I was leaving to come to them. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!
The room was spacious and clean! We also had a beautiful mountain view, it was amazing to wake up to it in the morning. The lamphouse is right in the heart of Canmore, close to restaurants, shopping boutiques, and more. The staff were very accommodating as well. We asked if we could leave our car after the 11 a.m. checkout, and they kindly allowed us to park until 4 p.m. Overall, a great stay!

Staff wasn't helpful. Breakfast was subpar. No hand towels or wash clothes. No hair dryer. No laundry service. No designated smoking area.
The location is good, short walk to burnham park. The nearby laundrymat is inexpensive and does great work.
Staff were excellent, as well as the security guards, and housekeepers. Safe, quiet, close to SM, excellent breakfast and Christmas buffet dinner, walkable to Korean restaurants and bars, easy parking with security guards.,
It’s spacious, costumer service excellent, accessible to everything, safe, guards were very helpful in getting taxi, breakfast buffet excellent and lots of choices. Definitely will book again.
The hotel staff were great! They looked after us really well. The only thing is the rooms aren’t soundproofed.

Ion Hotel, Baguio is a good place to stay.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. Staff is awesome but the hotel is older and it shows. They are remodeling and each room has A/C now. Tile floors show their age with light staining. Bed was good. Location is fantastic. The restaurant was great as well. I would stay there again.
I don’t get to take photos of my stay but one word best describes the entirety of the hotel and the staff from security to front desk, to dining area and room service: EXCELLENT

This is a clean, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price, and for me that's most important. I had one meal and one coffee with a snack at the restaurant, and both were pretty good. On the down side, facilities are a bit dated. They have tried to update the lighting in the rooms with a touchpad system. It seems to have a mind of its own sometimes. The TV was difficult to use and programming is extremely limited. The shower controls are very hard to turn and the unit REALLY needs an anti-slip mat. Temperature control in the room is excellent, as is the comfort of the bed. Overall, this hotel is a good value.
The hotel was pretty nice. Stayed for three nights. The room as very nice, and when the staff cleaned the room they did an excellent job.
The breakfast was awesome. A lot of fresh choices to chose from although some dishes that should have been hot, weren't.
Only complaint I have is that the bathroom was poorly designed. There were two showers in the room. One stand up, and one with the bathtub. Both sprayed water everywhere because there were not shower curtains or doors and the shower heads were poorly maintained making them spray in places they shouldn't have been.
Water pressure was also poor and so was the water temperature.
Would consider staying again, but would probably bring my own shower head. ;)
