This is a clean, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price, and for me that's most important. I had one meal and one coffee with a snack at the restaurant, and both were pretty good. On the down side, facilities are a bit dated. They have tried to update the lighting in the rooms with a touchpad system. It seems to have a mind of its own sometimes. The TV was difficult to use and programming is extremely limited. The shower controls are very hard to turn and the unit REALLY needs an anti-slip mat. Temperature control in the room is excellent, as is the comfort of the bed. Overall, this hotel is a good value.

Quality Stay

The hotel is well appointed and offers excellent service. Checking in and out was quick and efficient and the facilities were of a high standard. We had most meals at the hotel and found them most satisfactory with a good range of dishes. The location of the hotel was close to the centre of Baguio but wasn't impacted by the cultural events in Session Road.
