「I would suggest upgrading the WIFI. It wasn’t user friendly. Other than that it was clean, very well maintained, and the gentleman that owned it was very accommodating.」

「No one was in the office when we arrived (not late) or when we left the following morning. No one answered the phone or answered messages we left. There appeared to be no one on the property. Keys were left for us. Unattended pool and property. Very irresponsible and concerning. Was there several times years ago and had much better experience.」

「The hotel was very clean. I think they should not leave such a small piece of toilet paper on the hold it make it look like it from the previous guest that was in the room.but overall it’s a 10 out of 10 hotel」

「While we were only there for about 16 hours (that's why the amenities weren't rated highly), the place was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was adequate. Was quite and well located in regards to P-Town. Easy on/off.」

「The motel is located very close to the attractions on Main Street, Hyannis; walkable distance. The room was spacious and clean, newly renovated bathroom. Some noise from the street, but the rooms are set back, so not a disturbance. The guests were a bit noisy in the early evening, but quiet by 9PM. So a good value for a place to stay during a Cape visit.」

「Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great every day, dining area well maintained. Rooms need some serious work, they are very outdated and poorly maintained, although clean enough. Bring your own pillow if you plan to stay, beds are uncomfortable. Back ache every morning. They are trying to improve the outside and there are fun activities with equipment provided.」

「Excellent hotel stay at Anchor In. Upon arrival, the front desk team was very kind in making recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and gave us a wonderful room with a view of the waterfront. Parking was easy, and the property was clean. Once in the room, it had all of the features expected, in room coffee, fridge, safe, plenty of shampoo, soap, etc. The TV had so many channels that it was challenging to keep track of all the options. The Wi-Fi connection worked well...
