Walk the Pamet Cranberry Bog Trail to see where the cranberries that were once key to local industry were grown. The trail is only about 0.5 mile (800 meters) long, so it won’t take long to complete.
Call into the Cobb Archive to learn about the town’s history. Run by the Truro Historical Society, the archive contains important documents concerning the town. Arrange a visit to see maps, photography and personal items that once belonged to town residents. The small building it is in was once the town library, adding another layer of history to the archive.
Reach Truro in about a 2-hour drive from Boston Logan International Airport or 20 minutes from Provincetown Municipal Airport. Buses link the town to Boston Logan and connect it to other places on Cape Cod.
