「Booked back in April, arrived and didn't have no electricity nor water and wasn't informed prior to arrival but was told the electricity had been off since Tuesday that prior week by the neighbors and i wasn't informed before my stay. was able to get a full refund but was very unprofessional for me」

「Our flight had a delay, arriving next day. Not aware the Island was having water supply issues. We were expecting ESJ Towers to be fully prepared for these types of occasions. They were not..At 8pm we had no water to shower. Floor was dirty. The salt dispenser was the worst ' Rust inside out...We also noticed mold growing on furniture. Since I moved out of PR' dreamed to stay here. But this could be the first and last one.」

「Unique setting surrounded by amazing rainforest. Stayed in the river view glamping tent. Common restroom/shower was very clean and just a short walk on lighted pathway from tent. Booked two nights, stayed only the first night. 2:10 a.m. and until daybreak a rooster decided to crow with all he had nonstop somewhere just outside the tent. 「Property was fine, area is quiet and clean. Parking space however is very limited due to people parking on that street to go to the beach. My biggest issue was trying to get into the gate every time we left. It was so hard to open and after I checked in I received the wrong code for my apartment, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone after hours.
