「didn't like anything about the property. It took us 3 rooms until we finally got one that was acceptable. The first room was supposed to be handicapped but it wasn't and had a lot of mold on the bathroom wall. The sink in the second room didn't drain. All around the outside there was cracked cement, rust and unpainted surfaces. The so-called breakfast had apples that looked like they were from last fall. The only good thing was that the desk clerk, Dora, did her best to accommodate us.」

「Very disappointing stay. The hotel was run-down and did not feel well maintained. On top of that, the staff we interacted with were rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. Our room also wasn’t ready until 45 minutes after the posted check-in time, with no real apology or effort to make it right. Overall, it was not the level of service or cleanliness I would expect from a hotel, and I would not stay here again.」

「The place is definitely run down, but seemed clean enough. The air conditioning in the room was super loud-lots of rattling. The tv remote didn’t work (neither did the room phone), but the girl from the front desk came to replace the remote. The room didn’t have any towels. When I went down to ask for one, I was told they didn’t have any clean. I had to specifically ask for a washcloth or paper towels to be able to dry my hands. It was fine for a one night stay.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
