「This property is so quaint and nice. Dave and his wife are simply fantastic hoteliers. The team was incredibly attentive, even Mark, the overnight guard was the friendliest person. I highly recommend this place as your headquarters while in Belize City. Very close to the Ferry so it's easy if you're going to spend a couple of days in San Pedro or Caulker Caye. I can't wait to go back and stay longer because we spent the bulk of our time in San Pedro and only got one night at One South...

「We had the best time here. The hosts, Shanna and Kenny were great, super responsive and very helpful with planning things to do. Ernesto, one of the drivers was also fantastic and super helpful. The locals and neighbors around the house were very friendly. A grocery store was located near by and we were able to get most of what we needed to make our meals. 「This is a minimum 3day rental great all round walkable to 3 restaurants and corner grocery store main downtown Belize a taxi or bus ride. Apartment is a ground floor unit in a local neighbourhood. 」

「The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. I think the rate is high for now , once the property is completed it would definitely be a place id go back to. 」

「It was a pretty property, had a whole cottage to myself that was comfortable. It was clean and had a lot of amenities, just no where to buy items from on Easter weekend. I felt safe, as a single woman, and felt at ease walking around the neighborhood. I would gladly stay there again. 」

「Stayed here our first night of our Honeymoon. Beautiful place with your own private balcony. The owner even hooked us up with someone "KenShan Tours" to pick us up at the airport, take us to dinner, and then take us to the ferry where we stayed on Caye Caulker for the rest of the week. Highly recommend this place for your adventure in Belize. 」

Family run and in a fairly remote location so we saw enormous, 5 ft. orange iguanas along the river (take binoculars to see them better) and heard the howlers in the area.
