"The warmth, care and courtesies extend by Andean Gillett (the front desk) and Karely Yam (the Manager) went above and beyond. They made the stay relaxing and fun. They arranged a special birthday surprise treat at the Biltmore hotel for me. They recommended places to visits and things to do, they ensured we were settled and all our needs were met. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Andean and Karely made our stay in Belize exceptional. We are truly grateful!"
