「The property grounds are very well landscaped. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area needs to be better maintained as the decking needs to be replaced before it collapses when someone walks on it. The rooms need updating. Once the new owners take possession, maybe hey will make the necessary improvements. We would love to return once upgrades have been completed. 」

「Our stay at Villa Margarita was beyond fantastic. Rooms were clean, staff was very accommodating, grounds were beautiful. Margarita went out of her way to make sure that you always felt at home and had whatever you needed. Very relaxing stay. Just what we wanted.」

La casa muy limpia, los baños son compartidos pero puedes elegir habitación privada y todo muy bien ideal para descansar si llegas de noche y empezar el día por la mañana. La casa se encuentra en una colonia privada súper seguro. Puedes estacionar afuera. Si lo recomiendo 👍」

「The room was very clean, comfortable, and had outdoor space overlooking a beautiful garden. The hotel is close to the church and the center of Alajuela. Easy to get around the area.」

「This is a great little budget friendly hotel with a spectacular view. My room was large with a balcony overlooking the central valley. I arrived before check in, but my room was ready, so I had immediate access. The folks running the hotel were kind and courteous and arranged a 6:00 am pick up so I could get to the airport. I was only there for an afternoon and overnight so didn't use the pool but others seemed happy with it. There is a restaurant within a 5 minute walk. I didn't explore the...

「Nice restaurant slightly expensive. Breakfast was good but bacon would have made it much better than cold ham slices. Room is good but needs a recliner. Only has a desk chair - not that comfortable while in room waiting. Staff very friendly and some had excellent english. Shuttle from and to airport much appreciated. 」
