"The property is gorgeous! We loved the hot springs. The downfall was that we had no hot water the entire trip. We asked for help numerous times but no one was ever able to fix it for us. We also had no key to our safe. Not a huge deal, but would be nice. We had no issues with theft! Would stay again… just expect to take a warm shower on vacation!"

"We travel often and it’s great when you stay at a property that not only gets it right, but excels in every category. This is the Royal Corin hotel. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff handled our check-in with precision and was so welcoming. They handled all the Expedia perks (bottle of wine, room upgrade and welcome drink) and were so nice every time we saw them during our stay. The service at the restaurants and bars is amazing and be sure to say “hi” to Francisco and Tatiana at the pool bar while enjoying the multiple pools and jacuzzi’s! The 5th floor restaurant was really good and we had a good time with the staff. Daily breakfast- nice with the same friendly service you find throughout the hotel. This is a boutique property with an awesome staff. Why stay anywhere else??"
