Hotel Cavalletto e Doge Orseolo
The hotel is classified as a 4 star, but not the standard rooms. It is clean, but the bathroom really needs updating. They still use the 80’s hairdryer with a hose… Breakfast was really nice. Best location to all attractions.

Very disappointing check-in experience at Staycity Venice near the train station. The front desk staff (Alexandra) was rude and unprofessional. It took 20 minutes to check in one room, and she held my passport as a guarantee but refused to provide a receipt, which made me very uncomfortable. She ...
