"What a beautiful luxurious hotel with so much history. I wish we had more time or planned to just remain at the hotel for a day. The staff were so friendly and welcoming that they it is one of my favourite hotels so far. Only downside was the wifi was extremely intermittent but that would not make me hesitate to return again."

"Great location near the Metro and Hawa Mahal. The rooms were clean and the shower had enough hot water. There was nothing wrong with the place for the price, I'd say it was worth it."

"Great place to stay, owner and his family are present on the property for any assistance. Located in a neighborhood. all the attractions are in reasonable distance. Property also owns a tuk tuk that is rentable. Property has elevator and nice dinning room with chef present to make meal of choice. Dinner was awesome, complete Indian vegetarian fare. Highly recommended property, ."

"Clean room, and it was a great experience to stay in an old restored mansion. Although we stayed in a building made over 200 years ago, it was well equipped with modern facilities, such as AC and a clean bathroom. The host was very welcoming as they ate breakfast with us, provided us with snacks for a day trip, and they made us feel like home. They were also very willing to customize breakfast to our dietary restrictions."

"I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3 "
