Lovely staff, comfortable and beautifully decorated room, charming decor throughout the hotel. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We ate at the adjoining restaurant on two evenings and the food/ambience was wonderful. I’d highly recommend - a hotel with real character.

room was great and very quirky. Disappointing lack of restaurant on site. Breakfast room service was good
We loved everything about this hotel with its wonderfully decorated rooms. We also enjoyed their sister property’s restaurant and the fact that they offer complimentary transportation there and back. We took advantage of their same day laundry service and the front desk staff were very very helpful in arranging everything we needed including train tickets for our departure day. Highly highly recommend this hotel.
The artwork the decor was beautiful. The service was very good. There could be some improvements like dusting more in the bathroom as well where the water is. It’s a little details touchups on wall on the walls with paint making sure there’s enough tissue things like this other than that it’s a very beautiful hotel and good service. They also need to educate their people a little bit more about the food and drink drinks and what else they have to offer. Overall, I really liked it very nice..
Beautiful Hotel, lovely decorated and very friendly service. Location is good, very close to everything and a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again and highly recommend.
Beautiful hotel! The room was very nice and comfortable and service was helpful. Had a great dinner at their sister restaurant, Peacock, and recommend going.
Very well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood of Jaipur. Our room was amazing and looked like a palace, offering space and design inspired by Indian culture. The property was easily accessible with local tuctuc. There is no food option at Pearl Palace but a complementary drive is offered to the nearby sister property, which has an exceptionally good and reasonably priced restaurant on the rooftop. Staff was very helpful and service impeccable.
Loved this hotel. While it has an unassuming front, it is beautiful within. The corridors are beautiful, the rooms are lovely and so comfortable. The service was impeccable. Thank you for making our family vacation memorable.
Our stay at the Pearl Palace was amazing. The hotel and rooms have very nice decorations. Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The Peacock restaurant in their sister hotel (a 2-3 min free shuttle ride from the Pearl Palace) was amazing and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. The room and hotel blew us away. It ws large, clean and safe. The room had all of the comforts you could ask for. The hotel itself was incredible. There were so many things to look at and each floor was different. One of my favorite stays.
Absolutely stunning hotel, beautiful decor, smells gorgeous and very courteous and helpful staff.
The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, cool and decorated beautifully with each one having a theme. The beds are the most comfortable we've slept in and there was even a pillow menu. Highly recommend. It made our stay in Jaipur very pleasant.
We love the heritage decor of this hotel, Very friendly and caring staff, excellent quality matters and bedding. Special thanks to Mr. Vidyut for his professional customer service and very polite attitude. We loved everything about this hotel.
We loved the hotel! It was gorgeous, with each floor having a different Indian theme. Our room was amazing, with beautiful Bihari artwork painted right on the walls. It was also really clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and made us feel really safe. One evening, when I wanted to walk to a store, a staff member even walked with me!
The hotel also offered complimentary tea each evening, which was a delightful and refreshing touch. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back.
We loved our time at the Pearl Palace Hotel! The rooms are amazing (we booked 2) - The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, super clean, and comfortable (with A/C). Equally important, Sugam was incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Too, Raju, and all the other staff were very accommodating. Western hotels can learn a thing or two from this hotel on hospitality.
We stayed here for 2 nights, the check in was very smooth, they have a restaurant down the road called peacock, we had a very good evening meal in there.
The room was clean, and very comfortable, the hot water took a while to come through though. They provided powdered clay for a face in the room which was a nice tough tha we enjoyed doing.
Great hotel to explore Jaipur
We recently stayed at the Pearl Palace Heritage in Jaipur, and it was an exceptional experience! The room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and immaculately clean. Every detail, from the decor to the layout, made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. Also very quiet street!
The facilities were in perfect shape, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Everything, from the air conditioning to the shower and lighting, worked well. The highlight for me was the bed – incredibly comfortable with soft, plush linens that made every night’s sleep perfect.
The staff was courteous and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.
Pearl Palace Heritage is a wonderful place to stay in Jaipur! It's in a quiet neighborhood with good security at night, and it's close to the city center so transportation to the major sites is easy. The room was SO beautiful, with such amazing architecture and details. We were blown away. The staff is also so incredibly friendly and willing to help whenever possible. You can order breakfast in the morning but there is no official restaurant here; however, their sister hotel Pearl Palace is just down the road - they have a rooftop restaurant called the Peacock, which we visited 3 times during our weeklong stay because it was convenient and very delicious. I highly recommend this hotel - we will definitely come back if we find ourselves in Jaipur again.
Very clean hotel. We had a nice spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Honestly, it felt very luxurious and wasn’t pricey so the value was great. The only downside was the area around the hotel has a lot of dogs that would often all start barking throughout the night, so as a light sleeper, it did wake me up frequently. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance, but for any big city attractions, you’ll need to a mode of transportation. Overall, great stay though.
