while booking, it romoted as if reakfast is included, but on arrival they charged for breakfast and 4 eggs costed 240 rupees. The terrace roof top is not accessible to hotel residents. You have to prebook to use roof top terrace. Overall not happy with the stay here and will not recommend.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff was responsive, but the biggest opportunity with this hotel was with the check process and the front desk staff. We took advantage of the restaurant one evening and when finished we were asked, more like pressured, into recording a video which included responding to the quality of service. It was a very odd interaction as we felt the individual actually waited for us to complete dinner and then ambusshed us as we left and would not take no for an answer. We were not the only ones who had this happen to them. Additionally upon check out, there was an undue amount of presssure from the front desk staff to make sure we completed a review - to the extent that the desk staff insisted on taking my phone to access the site to begin the process. The pressure exerted was uncomfortable. The other party traveling with us had the same experience when they checked out. All the pressure to complete reviews left a really bad taste for us and has probably ensured we would not recommend this hotel or choose it in the future. As a recommendation to the hotel - the quality of the reviews would probably be better if guests left them willingly instead of being pressured in to writing them. Focus on providing quality service and guests will be more than willing to voluntarily share their experiences.

This was supposed to be a four start hotel, but felt less than many three star hotels I've been. The rooftop was always booked by a private party and so when I brought some friends over to try to enjoy a drink, it wasn't possible. Most of the time there was no hot water available. Some of the staff were nice and helpful, many were preoccupied with things. The room was quite small, but that was fine. The lobby cramped, but the stairways had a nice design. Since our rooftop was always in use, I walked about 9 minutes to the Lemon Tree Premier which is a real four star hotel, with an amazing rooftop and bar. I even found it better to book my trips from the Lemon Tree Premier. I wouldn't never stay here again. Most all of the other hotels I stay in in Delhi were excellent. This should be rated a 2.5 star hotel in my opinion. I'm not sure how Orbitz determines their ratings.

It’s like a very small hotel without any reception. Not professional at all at this price. Holiday Inn is much preferred at this price. Not recommended for family. Parking is in the road with no safety of your car. Would not recommend this for even a short stay for families. Good option for students staying on sharing basis

The hotel was really nice and the room was spacious they also have a picturesque terrace restaurant were you can enjoy your candlelight dinner. At first I was kinda skeptical about the property but it exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend it.

We stayed one night at Hotel Sarang Palace. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well decorated. The rooftop restaurant was specially decorated for my birthday decoration and provied delicious for candlelight dinner and for breakfast and Lunch they have indoor restaurant, with relaxing background music and a variety of food choices. The reception staff were also very helpful. Overall, we would highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying in the ‘Luxurious Bathtub’ room. The room itself is very comfortable, attractive and quiet. The bed and and bed linen in particular is luxurious. Space is used well and the decorations add warmth and atmosphere. We have found the staff in particular, to be warm, friendly and very helpful. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed and when we had problems, they worked hard to overcome them and find solutions.
