「We had a nice stay. I chose to book a "deluxe" room, a room that has been remodeled. We've been staying at this motel 2 or 3 times a summer for the past several years, and there were times it was awful to stay there. So grimy, and things were falling apart. The only saving grace was the view of the lake. However, current ownership seem to be working hard on improvements, and they are good, and it is so much nicer to stay now (in the remodeled areas). There was only one little glitch. When...

「Overall the property is great for families because it has the water park. The outdoor pools need urgent maintenance with concrete areas around the pool with large cracks and chunks of concrete missing. Rooms are spacious and updated recently. Has that Northwoods decor which we were looking for.」

「Needed to use a restroom on arrival and was told it was around the corner. Could not find it. A staff member escorted me through the laundry room and to a small closet with a despicable room with a toilet that looked like it had never been cleaned. The rooms smelled of stale cigarettes. We tried to checkout and go elsewhere and manager refused to help. Stay away from this cesspool!」

「We stayed in the cabin for a weekend trip and wish we could have stayed longer! It was simply beautiful and warm feeling with a modern twist on it to live extra comfortably during our stay. The property manager was also so sweet and helpful when we spoke to them. I would easily stay here again!」
