「5 b - Top floor and lovely view over Mumbles/Swansea Bay. The room is very spacious - living room facilities, small kitchenette area (fridge and kettle, simple breakfast items of yoghurt, cereal, juice and welsh cakes, fresh milk and tea and coffee included), huge comfy bed, lovely bathroom and shower. All very clean. 4th stay at this property. 」

「Beautiful location. Straightforward to locate and ample parking, which was great. Warm welcome and easy check-in. Room was very hot (radiators work well!); helpful assistance provided to turn radiators off. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately power outage (while I was asleep) meant TV turned itself on in the night! Lovely to have tea, coffee and a small biscuit. Would have been wonderful if there were a bottle of water, though this was offered on check out fire the drive...

「Excellent as a base for golfing which was my purpose - rooms clean and have all requirements needed. Excellent breakfast in the clubhouse with helpful staff.」

「Lovely location with beautiful views and a short drive to wonderful beaches. Food in the bar and restaurant was very underwhelming - basic bar/pub food on a par with a chain pub. Very clean thoughout, cosy bar and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Staff - almost all lovely and helpful although some of the younger waiting staff in the restaurant were pretty miserable and going through the motions at best. Overall a lovely place to stay and the beautiful Gower.」

「The apartment was ok. Bedside table broken, bin lid wouldn’t shut. Hairs in bedroom and bathroom Floor dusty, needed a good clean! The worst thing was the noise from the surrounding bars and cafes, booming music all day and most of the evening, couldn’t relax or sit outside 」

「When we arrived expecting to stay in an annex as per the image on Expedia, we were instead in a room in the main house. We took this up with the proprietor who agreed to cancel with no cost. We took this at face value and stayed elsewhere. On checking our bank account on 24 Sept we saw that we had been charged. We called the property but were told we need to take this up with Expedia. Very disappointed.」

「Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. 」
